Even though it's still a little hard to tell that she's a guinea pig, I think at this point we can mostly attribute that to it being in the Sonic style~ She's got a cute design, so if you're happy with it, then I think her design is fine~ =3
As for the sprites themselves, they seem to look good~ If anything, the shading on the heads in some poses just seems a tiiiny bit strange. It's not a specific enough issue that I could tell you exactly how to fix it, but I guess the lighting just seems a little bit off with the back spikes and such. Just something to consider, even if you don't do anything about it~ =3
As for the Pixel Arts, the Advances sprites look alright. The blue highlights on her bangs are strange though, and I would look into making them seem less... pillowy? I know it's not pillow shaded, but the shading on it is different from everywhere else. Most of her body is shaded as if the light is coming from the right, but her bangs are shaded like it's coming directly from above her. XD
The Sonic BAttle sprites are also pretty awesome~! I don't know if you found those hand poses or edited them yourself, but the look good and expressive~! The random streaks of light on her brown though is pretty weird. I'd say just pick one or two shine spots and focus on them, instead of randomly making her head shine in different locations~ I can't say for sure which, but experiement with it and see what you can get~ =3
Finally, this applies to both her sprites and her pixel arts, but her ears are really... off. Like, indeterminable. XD
It's most noticable in the battle arts, but the sprites do it a little too. The inside skin of her ears doesn't stand out from her fur enough, so it looks like a weird mishapen spike. I'd probably just make the entire inside of her ear the lightest shade only so it stands out more, but do whatever you think will work best~ Just remember that ears move too, so in active poses where they aren't exactly budging, it does seem a bit off. I like that you're paying attention to her quills when they move, so that's why I'm bringing attention to the ears as well~! =3
Overall, these sprites are looking fantastic~! I think it's a great design with good efforts put into it~ Keep it up, I'd say~ ^v^

@Whip the Rabbit: Ok, ended up with these edits and such http://prntscr.com/7rgmxt

I did edit all the sprites, however I only put the ones that pretty much show off the changes here, rather then just posting the entire sheet again. Hopefully these look better

I think that's a grand improvement~! In my opinion, I think it ooks much clearer, and the motion seems really fluid too~! =3
Especially the "wind from behind/backpedaling" motion of her ears flapping over. That's super cool. XD
Though now I notice something that might have been the root of my problem with the shading in regards to the sprites themselves; I thiiiiink the second shade of brown is reaaaally dark. =o
Do your own personal tests and see what makes you happy, but maybe try lightening up the second shade a little bit so it doesn't blend in as much with the darkest shade? =o

@Whip the Rabbit: alrighty, this is what I ended up with http://prntscr.com/7ridq5

I couldn't lighten it up a noticeable amount without it blending it with the first shade, so I instead only lightened it veeery slightly, and in exchange darkened the 3rd shade. Hope this helps
