Your skin shading blends together quite a bit, and the color of the... shoooeess...? and the shirt... dress... thing...? is really similar to the skin tone, which has led me to be confused about what exactly they are. Also, the inner ear was left untouched which just looks... kinda awkward, really. But otherwise it's looking good.

Hmmmm, the color unity is a bit odd with this one. If you fix it, you could also fix the blending issue Niv Pointed out.

Try eliminating the red shade for the shoes and the orange one for the cloths. Try changing either the skirt to blue and the shoes to black or the skirt to black and the shoes to blue. This should give her a more unified color scheme.

Basically what everyone above said, I think~
The shading looks quite fine(Though the blue hair seems a little pillowed for my tastes), and the colours themselves are easy on the eyes. But you might maybe think about either lightening the skin(if you were going for a fair-skinned character) or bronzening it(if you were going for a kind of tan-ish character).
Or changing the orange on the clothes. All the colors are great, just not in the conjunction they're in right now. XD
Finally, the pose is fine~ =3
Really, a solid design here save for the colour-blending~ =3
