(Totally not a hammer and rainbow whip)

And who these two are? A main protagonist of mine and a misunderstood villain, 'bout to fight somethin'. (Dunnowhattho).

C+C, btw.

Ignoring the fact that your two characters are absolutely adorable, I think the rainbow whip looks really cool~! =3
The effects on the hammer might be a bit much. It looks a bit fractal, which is a little cool, but it doesn't really feel like it'll hit when it hits, more like it'll shatter to pieces. >v>;
But awesome character design, and creative way of making a rainbow whip for sure. ccc:

@Whip the Rabbit: The process on the hammer kinda did make me feel like it would break on impact, but having limits on Paint.Net can do that to you.

As for the whip, I took a rainbow picture from Google that looked shiny and scaled it down since it was HUGE when I got it. It took a bit, but I made the illusion of her holding it almost by scratch and I was proud of it. Then I put a dark color to actually show off it's glow. Was neat to try out and may actually do that in the future.

Also, thank you, I try to make the cutest of girls a lot. '^'

@TouhouShake: What were you trying to go for with the hammer~? Being a bit of a, *ahem*, connoisseur of sorts in regards to, mayhaps I could help~ *Adjusts monocle*

That's really creative~! =o
I never would have thought to use an actual picture of a rainbow as sort of texture~ =O
Consider abusing the glow effect for more things just like that. It's how I made my career-*shot*

@Whip the Rabbit: Well, it's a paint hammer. It's supposed to be liquid like and drip a little and look like the paint is moving a bit. I don't want it to look too messed up though, but I want to give the illusion that it's moving as well.

And thanks! Kinda took a moment to realize it wouldn't have worked if I used random colors for a rainbow like effect. Would've taken a while. '^'

@TouhouShake: Weeelll, I decided to play around with it a little bit, so if you look here, this is what I got~
You had a good idea going with Dents/Crystalize distortions, but I feel like you had the Stress and Refraction up too high and made it appear like shattering glass~ If you instead for for lower refraction and play around with the Scale (for the dent effect), then it gives it a more liquidy, gelatinous look~ Not exactly what you wanted, but play with it a little more ya'know~? =3

As for the whip, I know. your. pain. ovo
Trust me, you took the smart option. ovo
