I just realized there is a single pixel of the lineart that I didn't turn black

I don't care enough to change it tbh

Man, his autonomy is really all over the place. Look at hoe think his neck is, the numbers of toes on each foot, his tail, and his left leg. They're all just off...

showing off the other two toes on his left foot would just looked wrong so

see kind of the point of this is for you to offer criticism and tell me what to do to change it b/c I obviously don't know if it's fucking wrong

don't just passive aggressively make a comment about how it's all wrong that literally solves nothing

Also don't be an ass when responding to criticism you don't find adequate.

EDIT: While I'm here I'll throw my two cents in on the Pixel Art.

Now then.

His left (from his perspective) clavicle looks collapsed. Puff it up to match his right side. His neck could also stand to be bumped a pixel or two to his left as well.

His pecks are too rounded off. Make them slightly more rectangular. Not perfectly square, of course, but less circley.

Either a grenade epxloded between his legs years ago or you need to lower his crotch another five or six pixels. Also, his pelvic lines (if that's what the tiny V-thing is) need to be waaaay more spaced apart.

Make his tail either thinner or shorter. At its current size he would hardly be able to move around without falling backwards.

Also try to tweak the curve of his left leg so that it's more obvious that it is facing to the side, rather than having a leg bending around weird with a foot missing three toes.

Do something to make his head more interesting. Add more fins, make his eyes bigger, it doesn't matter what as long as more attention is drawn to his face. While you're at it, have him tilt his head more towards the "camera." Having him look off to the side at a 90 degree angle from the camera while his body is nearly parallel is a very obvious cheat no matter how you work it.

@Xenocide: If I told you what to do, you wouldn't be able to figure out how to do something similar to your other work, but it is a fair point.
When things have an obvious shape then you get an idea of what it should look like. If you look at his tail, you'd want either a cone or thin pyramid shape out of it, but you're going for a cone shape. Usually, the curves will have about equal space between corresponding pixels and it makes a smoother line. The tail currently looks bumpy and balloons up in places where it doesn't make sense. The widest part is the base and it should get more narrow as you go down the tail. Another thing, you might want to switch the colors on the tail. Hi main body has grey on the underside and this lighter color on top. It makes more sense to switch the colors.
Next, the neck is too small to hold up the head. Sharks have thick necks (almost looking like none at all irl). Your guy has a rather thick, bulky built, so that needs to be captured in the neck too. You don't need a snaking neck, but a neck that planted in place that can hold up his head.
Working off down the list I mentioned before, let's look at his legs. One looks like a human leg, having one join, but the other looks like it has three- much like a dog's hind legs. Now, what you were going for, I can't tell, but if you want more human legs (which would make more sense to me because sharks =/= dogs) then make the left leg straighter as it goes down from the first joint and maybe push that joint down. For a more dog like leg, make the second bend in the right leg more apparent by pushing it more to the right. It'll bring out that curve more If you want more help with canine legs structure, I'd look up some pictures for reference. References are your best friend, even if you're making an imaginary creature. Doesn't matter if it's a cartoon or what, it'd help. It'd help with the muscle structure as well, which is very wrong still. (Don't use anime pics or anything that's not a picture btw. The creator's mistakes will become yours if you do that.) While you're at it, no matter what, make the thigh on his left leg no so bulgy on the right side. It comes out way to much. A better fix might be to lead it more up into the butt than where the torso and leg connect. You might want to lower him by a couple pixels, but I disagree you should lower the guy significantly.
FINALLY the feet. Now that I look a second time, I see the right foot expands at the heel. This is a no no. Look at your heel an you'll see that it is slimmer than the foot or leg. This is a case in all joints- they get smaller and the bend then bend back out. The left foot lacks a heel, which would mean your guy can't stand. Bring it out more. I also disagree that you can't fit another toe in there. The main three are so close together that it wouldn't make sense that you can see that least one more. You do have a third toe on the foot, just peaking out behind the one if front, but I don't see the first. It looks awkward in general. As a last touch, invert the colors on the foot for the same reason I suggested the tail. You might not do that though since it matches the hands. Still do the tails though. I highly suggest that.

There are more things I can point out, like the fact that his crouch... Is a bit feminine in the front, and that's all I'll say on that area. Like I said before, the muscles need to be touched up. The left arm seems to lacks a joint, and his rib cage is being pushed to the back by a couple pixels by his right arm pit. His right arm is also hanging off his body due to a curve there near his pec. Hope this helped you instead of making you cry. I know I can do that at times, but I wasn't being personal. I could have been much harder on you though. Even here, I'm not trying to be rude. I'm really not, just trying to help. Besides, if I told you how to answer a puzzle, you'd get less out of it. If I said nothing, you wouldn't know anything was wrong with your picture. Just be happy I cared. That's all I can ask.
