Remove the hood entirely, or, if wanting to keep hood, make it a hoodie. Fits better then the wanderer's cape. Also, to make the hood better... try making that middle line not as dark as it is. Try one shade lighter on it. Or remove it entirely. Might help with the whole 'diaper' thing someone was talking about earlier. Of course, I could be wrong.. Oh, and the hood, goes out a pixel too far to the left I think.. I'd have to open pain and give it a few tries, but sooner or later, you'll get it right. Also, Pony tail disappears into the hood? if you have the pony tail, either make a hole in the back so the tail can dome out, or, to not rip clothing, there should be some kind of indication in the hood showing the pony tail exists underneath it. :3 Back to spriting, hooo!

In the first two sprites, the upper torso is jutting forwards to make room for the hoddie, which gives the apperance of a hunchback. Personally, I agree with GrailHunter in removing the hood entirely.

If you're determined to keep it, alter the second sprite so it doesn't mean the only thing Xeii will see is his own feet. Hoods are desgined to shelter/hide faces, not hide everything from the wearers sight!

Third sprite is by far the best, but I can't work out what the light blue... "tag"? Is supposed to be, and the skin coloured thing behind his legs adds nothing. I'd also suggest moving his legs slightly more to the right, as right now, it looks like the right one is broken, and the left one is some kind of... cunningly disguised peg-leg. I'd also suggest bringing the right leg more to the left, or making the trouser lef look a little more.. baggy. Tight trousers are well and good but NOT when they're killing off the next generation.

Overall, shadings pretty good, perhaps try and make the black contrast more BUT I know thats hard to do properly without it becoming grey, so don't worry about it too much.

FINAL POINT: only in the third sprite can I tell they're not a girl. As rude as it sounds, this is not uncommon with your sprites. In this case, pretty sure it's because of the whole leaning forward bit. It gives the impression of a bust which the third sprite eradicates, as it actually shows the flatness of the torso.
