Things I have no idea of - what the fuck I'm doing.

Seriously I have very little experience working with Megaman Zero sprites am I doing ok what do I need to fix?

Well, let's see. Assuming you're not going to have Niv doing very much, you've probably gone with one of the better bases.
I would say compared to the shading on the trousers, the shirt seems a little.. Flat.
Other than that, I can find nothing wrong, really. But I haven't sprited MMZ style in a long time, not to mention the fact I sucked at it when I did.

It looks good. But waht LaMoop said before the front part of the shirt seem flat. Other then that is seem fine to me.

Wait, I thought the reason you got rid of ReallytallNiv was because she was...really tall...

While Niv's height now is not nearly as tall as before, it's starting to get there. But humans are normally taller than furries, so it's fine. Wait, I forget what I was trying to say. But honestly, I've only gotten 5 hours of sleep per day this whole week, so whatever.

TL;DR: I can't criticize this.

Right, let me take a look at it.

Hum, Shades blend together a bit much, makes it harder to see certain detail like the sleeve of her shirt. The point of the nose is a little high, as it should be one pixel under where the eye starts, not on the same level. Finally, where the arm connects to the body is a bit too wide and you can't tell where the bend of the arm is like you can on Ceil. Looks good besides those minor things.

The right arm seems out of alignment with the sleeve, the scarf is a bit too stiff and doesn't look very natural, the pant cuffs should be "draped" over the shoes (not flat), and the shading on the shirt should be increased near the bottom and cleared up a little from underneath the arm. Other that that, well done.

I'm going to suggest you use brighter shades because that seems to be one of the stand out things I can see in the MMZ sprite. :o
