It looks okay, but I do have some nitpicks.

The shading seems a little all over the place. The lightest color seems to go in opposite directions, i.e the pants (Our Left leg lightsource going left, Our Right leg lightsource going right).

The jacket seems really blocky, and the sleeve on the closest arm seems to just cut off. Our left leg has a really thick outline at the south-west area, and our right hand looks like it's a skin-colored glove.

You may have been the person I did my "Shading" rant on. If so, I think you did a bit better, but it's still all out of whack. The hair looks pretty flat, almost like a helmet made out of hair, so maybe change up the top of it to make it look not so flat? I don't really know in the case of human hair, ask Gata.

ANYHOO- The jacket like Lux said is really, really blocky. The character looks stiff because of it. Besides, the jacket seems a bit short, maybe increase it's length by a pixel or two. The arm looks odd, because it's really straight and again, blocky like, and the shading seems a bit off to me. Not sure how to explain it. The shirt I can explain however.

You see, for the shirt, the white part in the center is good, but you need to expand it -> over the darker shading on that side. That also gives the sprite a really "Blocky" feel to it, and you could settle for pushing it ^ over the 1x2 grey looking pixel above it, and than put a single grey pixel at the left hand corner under the face, than you may want to move the body one pixel over so the body doesn't seems so forward and the head so back, along with adding a single pixel of the darkest color you used for the jacket on the tip for the top right of the other jacket, to give it a "Jacket collar" feel.

Does that make sense?

Oh, and speaking of jacket collar, you lack one.

The jacket looks a lot better than before. Could use a few more touch ups here and there, but that's all up to debate.

Leg wise, there is a fix, but it's still blargh. Like, it's blargh in the way that it's fine at a distance, but there is potential to be better.

Hair shading needs work though.
Hands are also the size of his face. So I think that might just mean his hands are over sized, or the more likely his head is just small.

Or not.

I'm bad with human-sonic sprites.

Ask Breaker or Gata.
